Edge really do know how to pack a lot of fine sound into a speaker at a sensible price. Somehow they've managed to cram a three way bridge into a standard euro mount 165mm type chassis without ending up with a large protrusion, thus giving a FOUR WAY speaker !! This means that fitting behind factory grilles is much easier than with most multi way coaxials. The unique inverted electroplated IMPP cone has been formulated to offer increased bass response whilst the PEI midrange and tweeter units offer crystal clear highs.

The supplied grilles are a two piece design, and can be used with either the mesh protective cover, or left 'bare' with just the stylish swirl moulding visible.

The speakers are 60W RMS (180W Max) Power handling but still perform very, very well when hooked up to even a modestly capable car stereo, whilst having well enough in reserve to cope with the demands of being driven by a powerful external amp. Either way the sound is rich and full.
