This extra warranty component covers you for all your Thompsons ltd purchases - so if you buy 5 items you only need 1 warranty cover purchase!

This small charge upgrades your purchase to include a full warranty carriage collection service. In the unlikely event of a problem with one of our warranted products we will send our courier to collect the faulty item and then deliver the replacement or repair to you. This service runs for the full period of the warranty of the initial product.


Simple Terms And Conditions:

Please note that this warranty upgrade can only be supplied to customers on the UK mainland.

(If you are non UK or live on UK soil which is not connected physically by road to the mainland then the warranty is not applicable. If this warranty is purchased by a non-eligible client the payment will be refunded and the sale cancelled.)

Please note that your collection warranty does not cover you for purchases made more than 12 hours BEFORE the warranty was bought.

(This means it is OK to buy the item and then the warranty in that order at roughly the same time, but you can’t retrospectively buy the warranty several weeks AFTER you have bought the item.)

Please note that the collection warranty runs for as long as the product warranty of the FIRST item for which you purchased your warranty.

(So for example if you bought a car battery with a 60 month warranty it would be covered for warranty collection for the whole of the 60 months. If you then bought a car radio with a 12 month warranty six months after the battery it would be covered for the whole of those 12 months as that is within the period that the first item is covered. However, if you bought a car radio with a 12 month warranty and covered this with the collection warranty, then bought a car battery with a 60 month warranty six months later your car battery would be covered as an existing customer for only the remaining six months of the car radio warranty period.)
